Information you choose to send
RFQ text is prepared locally in your browser. Information is shared only when you choose to open WhatsApp or email and send it through that service.
RFQ list storage
Your selected product references and quantities are stored in your browser using localStorage. You can remove individual references at any time.
Lead Forms and Advertising Inquiries
When you voluntarily submit an inquiry through a Facebook, Instagram or other Meta lead form associated with ChenLi Auto Switch / RuiAn ChenLi Supply, we may receive the information you choose to provide.
This information may include:

- Phone or WhatsApp number
- Company or business name
- Product reference
- OE number
- Vehicle information
- Requested quantity
- Other information you voluntarily include in your inquiry
We may use this information only for responding to B2B inquiries, checking product references and customer requirements, confirming OE, vehicle, connector or product details where necessary, preparing quotation-related communication, and following up on the business inquiry submitted by the user.
We do not sell inquiry contact information.
Lead form submissions may also be subject to the privacy terms of the platform through which the form is submitted.
